1. Intellectual Property Rights
KhatraFlix respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.
2. Important Disclaimer
KhatraFlix does not host any files on its servers. Our application acts solely as an aggregator and interface. All content, including movies, TV shows, and live streams, is provided by third-party, non-affiliated servers and providers. We do not upload, store, or control the media available through the app.
3. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written DMCA Notice to our designated support team.
Your notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to the original content).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or app section where the material is located.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
4. Action Upon Receipt
Upon receipt of a valid, complete DMCA notice, we will review the claim. Because we do not host the files directly, we will take steps to remove or disable access to the specific third-party links or sources referenced in your notice within our app interface.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our support team. This must include your contact details, a description of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
